You must be at least 18 years old to use Why Not?. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
Why Not? is a local date-posting platform that connects community members for social outings ranging from casual friendship to romantic connection. The App is intended for genuine social interactions and is not a venue for commercial solicitation, escort services, or any form of transactional companionship.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from the App.
All date posts are subject to review before going live. We reserve the right to reject, remove, or modify any post at our discretion. Approval of a post does not constitute an endorsement of its content or the user who posted it.
Users who post a date agree to genuinely intend to follow through on the proposed outing. Repeatedly posting without intent to meet may result in account suspension.
Why Not? facilitates introductions between community members but is not responsible for the conduct of users during or after dates arranged through the App. You are solely responsible for your safety when meeting someone you connected with through the App.
We strongly recommend meeting in public places, informing a trusted friend or family member of your plans, and trusting your instincts. If you experience or witness unsafe behavior, please use the in-app reporting feature or contact local authorities.
Posting a date requires a date token. Token purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Tokens have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts. We reserve the right to modify token pricing and allocation at any time.
All content you post on Why Not? remains your property. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content within the App for the purpose of operating the service. We retain all rights to the App's design, branding, and underlying code.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, including for violations of these Terms, behavior deemed harmful to the community, or for any other reason we deem appropriate. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile page.
Why Not? is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular match will occur. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or interactions with other users.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.
